Terms

These terms apply when you use karuvi.si, hire Karuvi for a service, or buy a Karuvi tool. Karuvi is run by Selvin Chinnaiah, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Contact: hello@karuvi.si.

Services

• Quotes. After a free call we send a fixed quote: what we'll make, how many pieces, the timeline and the price. Work starts when you accept it .
• Approvals. You approve the look (still frames of faces, product, rooms and colours) before we make the videos. You approve every piece before it goes out.
• Changes. Each piece includes one round of changes. More rounds, or a change of brief after you've approved the look, are quoted separately.
• Your materials. You confirm you have the right to everything you send us (logos, product photos, footage, music, likenesses).
• Likeness and consent. We make a digital version of a person only with that person's written consent, and use it only for the content agreed with them.
• Using what we deliver. Once paid in full, you can use the delivered files on any channel.
• AI disclosure. We never present an AI person as a real customer or a real review, and we won't make work that does.

Digital products (Karuvi tools)

• Licence. Buying a tool gives you a personal or business licence to use it yourself, or inside your own business. You may not resell, share, publish or give away the files, in whole or in part.
• Delivery and updates. The files and install guide are delivered by email (see Delivery). Future updates are emailed to the address you bought with, free.
• What you need. The tools work inside Claude, and with image or video models you choose and pay for yourself. Results depend on those third-party models, which can change.
• Refunds. See Refunds.

Sessions and workshops

Sessions are paid in advance.

Liability

We make the work with care and check it before you see it, but AI tools and third-party platforms can change or fail. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service or product concerned.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
