Refunds and cancellations
Digital products
Digital products are non-refundable.
If something went wrong on our side, we'll fix it: if you were charged twice, or the files never reached you, email hello@karuvi.si within 7 days of paying. We'll resend the files, or refund the duplicate payment within 7 working days to the original payment method.
Services
Services are refundable until you approve the look; after that, they're non-refundable.
To cancel before you approve the look, email us. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
